LT Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer/Developer to build custom ServiceNow applications and integrations for clients in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes custom development and QA, plus some system administration exposure.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, integrating external systems, and prototyping to showcase ServiceNow capabilities. The team collaborates with clients and IT staff to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in test automation and QA.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright or JMeter).
• Experience automating tests for web apps, APIs, and backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo).
• Strong scripting or programming in JavaScript or Java.
• Understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression, performance).
• Experience in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.

LT Consulting is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer / Developer to develop custom solutions for our clients. The role will focus on custom application development and integration with external systems, however the candidate should have some background/knowledge as a System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
• Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
• Participate in internal and customer meetings identify unique use cases for the ServiceNow platform
• Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to our clients

This position is located in Northern Virginia and will require interfacing with clients, subject matter experts and IT staff.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Demonstrated professional experience in test automation and quality assurance
• Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or JMeter
• Experience developing automated tests for web applications, APIs, and backend services
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated test execution (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo)
• Strong scripting or programming experience (JavaScript or Java)
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable test frameworks and reporting dashboards
• Familiarity with load and performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, or Gatling)
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards
• Experience with containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
