Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in ServiceNow Security Operations to architect, design and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive projects end‑to‑end, and mentor junior consultants while supporting business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and relevant experience with SecOps/IRM.
• Experience leading teams on security operations projects and client engagements.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow SecOps and security operations best practices.
• Ability to design, architect and deliver end-to-end SecOps solutions for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Mentor and coach onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature clients’ security operations.
• Deliver high-quality work products within time and budget constraints.
