Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions, leading end-to-end projects and mentoring teams across onshore and offshore locations. You will drive client engagements, develop senior-level relationships, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality security operations programs.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, aligning security technology with client objectives, architecture, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in related field with 4 years of experience acceptable.
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA; Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response certs preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach onshore and offshore team members; develop skills.
• Support business development from proposals to statements of work.
• Deliver client presentations and lead demonstrations of SecOps solutions.
• Assist in go-to-market activities and thought leadership.
