Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide end-to-end projects, mentor teams onshore and offshore, and drive proposals and client relationships across sectors.

You will apply expertise in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management and integration with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR. A global, collaborative culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering or related field with 5+ years of SecOps implementation experience.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Certification in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM or related areas is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment end-to-end.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams, mentor junior consultants and develop skills.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship building.
• Advise on security operations, incident response, vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
• Integrate SecOps with SIEM, SOAR, EDR and other security tools as needed.
• Deliver high-quality client work within time and budget constraints.
