Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Consultant to drive complex client projects across GRC, SPM, and ITSM. You will collaborate with development teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions and translate business requirements into technical designs.

This role requires top-tier communication, strong SDLC experience, and ability to work in an Agile environment. Active Secret clearance and federal-domain experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow projects and translating requirements into designs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules like GRC, SPM, ITSM and related apps.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables and controls.
• Strong consulting skills: requirements, client meetings, UAT facilitation, training.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow projects and interact with clients to capture requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, implement and administer ServiceNow apps.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to map current and future state processes.
