Job summary

Guidehouse Digital is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and lead the development of ServiceNow applications. You will provide expert guidance, develop and enhance apps, and stay current with platform trends while supporting documentation and demonstrations to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive ServiceNow experience (GRC, SPM, ITSM), strong scripting skills, and a track record in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of professional experience.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as GRC, SPM, ITSM, and with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
• Experience with web services integration (Mid-Server, SOAP, REST).
• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS).
• Experience in Agile environments and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into ServiceNow designs and solutions.
• Lead development of ServiceNow applications aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow apps.
• Stay current with ServiceNow products and industry trends.
• Conduct technical assessments and document recommendations.
• Review functionality, perform unit/integration testing, and fix issues.
• Support detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Demonstrate applications to product owners and end users.
• Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing.
