You will collaborate with development teams to build, configure, and admin ServiceNow apps, while capturing current state processes and shaping future states.

Ideal candidates bring active Secret clearance, a degree, and experience across SDLC, Agile environments, and ServiceNow modules like ITSM, GRC, and SPM.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained Secret-level security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow SDLC processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow workstreams and translate functional requirements.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, implement, and administer applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to capture current and future state processes.
• Maintain frequent engagement with users through all project phases.
• Develop design documents, process maps, and communications.
• Support functional product testing and training activities.
• Create technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
