Job summary

Guidehouse Digital, LLC seeks a ServiceNow-focused developer in Tampa with a Top Secret clearance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: GRC, SPM, and ITSM.
• Experience with web services integration (Mid-Server, SOAP, REST).
• Strong scripting with JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS; Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in an Agile environment and SDLC controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to commute to client or corporate offices in Tampa area.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical ServiceNow designs.
• Lead development of ServiceNow applications aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow apps.
• Stay current with ServiceNow products and industry trends.
• Perform technical assessments and recommend improvements.
• Review functionality and conduct unit, system, and integration tests.
• Debug and fix technical problems and document details.
• Demonstrate applications to product owners and end users.
• Participate in platform upgrades including regression testing and reconfiguration.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
