Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow projects remotely in the US. You will work with clients to identify and translate requirements, design and implement ServiceNow applications, and support testing and training across the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of ServiceNow experience, knowledge of GRC, SPM, ITSM, and App Engine, and a federal Secret clearance. Strong communication and Agile skills are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, plus App Engine and Scoped Apps.
- Experience in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow projects and translate requirements into solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and administer ServiceNow.
- Capture current state processes and design future state processes.
- Engage stakeholders throughout all project phases and support testing and training.
- Create design documents, process maps, and communications.
- Document ServiceNow solutions.
