Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a ServiceNow senior consultant to lead projects within federal environments, translating requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with development teams, capture current processes, and design future state workflows while maintaining active security clearances.

You will also contribute to testing, training, and documentation, and stay current with ServiceNow trends to drive innovative deployments.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Well-rounded technology consulting experience including defining requirements, leading client meetings, facilitating UAT, and training.
Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Leading ServiceNow projects, including interacting with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements.
Collaborating with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications.
Translating complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
Maintaining frequent engagement with users and stakeholders throughout all phases of the overall project and development efforts.
Staying current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Building functional work products such as process maps, design documents, and communications.
Supporting functional product testing and training activities.
Creating technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
