Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow-focused consultant to lead engagements with federal clients, translating complex requirements into technical designs. You will collaborate with development teams to configure, implement, and administer ServiceNow solutions such as ITSM, GRC, and SPM, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and project governance.
You will interact with users, facilitate UAT, contribute to design documents, and build functional work products while aligning with SDLC
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine and Scoped Apps.
- Must possess and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow projects, including client interactions to identify and translate requirements.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer applications.
- Capture current state processes and design future state processes with stakeholders.
- Provide training and documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
