Job summary

GDIT seeks a ServiceNow SME to support a national security program in Arlington, VA. You will lead migration efforts, map legacy workflows to ServiceNow, and integrate legacy apps while ensuring data integrity and security.

Required: 6+ years in enterprise apps, strong ServiceNow knowledge, SQL/T-SQL skills, and a TS/SCI eligibility. On-site at client site with extensive training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
• 6+ years of related experience in enterprise application support or development.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Experience migrating or supporting ServiceNow migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting on-premises server environments in secure or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting (client scripts, business rules) and SharePoint customizations.
