Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a ServiceNow Architect (SNA) – Journeyman to support a federal client in Washington, DC. You will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions and establish governance standards to enable mission processes.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, analyze operational challenges, and deliver documentation and reports supporting critical objectives. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow platform solutions, establish governance standards, and develop scalable applications that support mission processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
