Job summary

General Dynamics - IT seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow environments for critical national security IT services. The role focuses on ITSM optimization, integration with enterprise systems, and robust workflow automation.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's in engineering with 15+ years of experience, a Secret clearance with potential to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI, and ITIL 4 Foundation with relevant security certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 15+ years of experience
• Masters Degree is desired
• Security Clearance Level: Active Secret, ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI
• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months; Security+ or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient ITSM processes and enhance user experience.
• Designs, develops, and customizes ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Creates and configures workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Supports ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.
