Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Platform Architect to advise customers on maximizing their ServiceNow investment. You will shape platform strategy, sequence capabilities, and ensure scalable, secure architecture aligned with business outcomes.

The role emphasizes advisory leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver rapid value while maintaining long-term platform health.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, secure ServiceNow platform architectures
• Ability to influence across organizational levels and executive stakeholders
• Clear communication of risks, platform direction, and decisions
• Diagnose complex, multi-threaded problems and propose scalable solutions
• Engage customer industry context and translate platform decisions into business outcomes
• Develop and maintain a ServiceNow platform/product roadmap and a sequenced adoption plan
• Deep ServiceNow platform knowledge including CMDB, CSDM, integrations, security, and lifecycle
• Expertise in ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow workflow area
• Industry-recognized certifications in CSA/CAD/CIS and advanced architecture/CTA
• AI capability guidance within ServiceNow context and Now platform certifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer objectives into a coherent platform strategy and roadmap
• Lead governance discussions and interpret health reports for remediation planning
• Identify and track risks; advise on mitigation before incidents
• Engage stakeholders from technical teams to senior leadership in reviews
• Demonstrate platform capabilities and guide customers through ServiceNow functionality
• Guide customers on adopting AI capabilities within their ServiceNow strategy
