You will oversee a global product-delivery model, ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance, and partner with security, legal, and audit teams to meet ITAR, DFARS, NIST, and SOX requirements while enabling measurable value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years enterprise IT experience with ServiceNow platforms in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's or higher; in lieu of degree, extensive related experience accepted.
• Experience leading global platform teams and governance models.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Lead demand intake, portfolio planning, and backlog prioritization across ITSM and related workflows.
• Establish governance, change-control, and release-management disciplines.
• Coordinate upgrades, integrations, and secure adoption of AI features.
• Ensure CMDB quality and data protection across sites.
