Job summary

Civicworks in Illinois is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Owner to steer the enterprise ServiceNow platform's strategy, governance, and operational management.

As a senior leader, you will direct staff, align platform initiatives with business goals, collaborate with agency leadership, and guide administration, implementation, and support across IT services.

This role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive service delivery improvements and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Four years of college-level coursework in MIS, IT, CS, or related IT field.
• Four years of progressively responsible administrative IT experience.
• Three years supervisory experience in large, complex IT organizations.
• Four years of experience supporting, governing, administering, or managing enterprise ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Four years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, CMDB or related modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic direction, governance, and operational management of the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
• Direct staff and lead platform administration, implementation, and support teams.
• Serve as primary liaison for cross-functional collaboration with business units and agency leadership.
• Stay current on IT developments and align platform strategy with organizational goals.
