Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Min of seven years in technology strategy, architecture, consulting, service management, tech operations, or platform delivery.
• Broad knowledge across cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, networks, and workforce technologies.
• Strong understanding of technology architecture principles and enterprise strategy.
• Ability to translate complex tech info into clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.
• Excellent planning, analytical, integrative, and strategic-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain ServiceNow strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating framework.
• Align platform investments with business priorities and enterprise technology strategy.
• Assess emerging capabilities and industry trends for future priorities.
• Drive platform adoption and standardization across service management, operations, and enterprise workflows.
• Partner with operations and engineering to improve service stability and customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and reduce operational risk.
• Strengthen resilience through alignment with risk, compliance, and DR teams.
• Enable mapping, dependency management, testing, reporting, and governance via unified platform.
• Guide adoption of ServiceNow AI, intelligent automation, and workflows.
• Develop business cases linking platform investments to outcomes.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, data, and governance teams to set adoption standards.
• Improve data quality, scalability, reporting, analytics, and AI readiness.
