Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate, IT Business Security Analyst in Melbourne, FL. The role focuses on governance, security, and risk management for the ServiceNow platform and ONEHub, ensuring alignment with ITSM processes and enterprise standards.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, IAM, and application owners to govern changes, manage access, and support audit readiness while delivering trusted metrics for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, business analytics, CS, or related field, or recent graduate.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, risk concepts, access control, least privilege, authentication and compliance.
• Familiarity with ITSM, change management, and software delivery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Govern ServiceNow demands, enhancements, integrations, and platform changes.
• Review requests against architecture, security controls, and business priorities.
• Govern changes to ONEHub for secure access and consistent UX.
• Coordinate across ServiceNow, security, infrastructure, IAM, and business stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and track dependencies before changes are released.
• Support role-based access reviews and least-privilege practices for ServiceNow users.
• Identify risks; document findings and elevate concerns through governance channels.
• Own and maintain KPI framework, reporting governance, and data-integrity standards.
• Develop and validate trusted metrics for SLA, MTTR, backlog, outages, and process adherence.
• Review reports for accuracy and alignment with data sources.
• Provide leadership with insights on performance trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support audit readiness with evidence, control reports, and access-review artifacts.
• Ensure ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CM) are followed.
• Identify process exceptions and opportunities to improve quality and delivery speed.
• Maintain governance documentation and reporting definitions.
