Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management or related field.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, and business analysis concepts is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and project coordination enhances effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned ServiceNow enhancement requests from intake to release and validation.
• Meet with business requestors to understand goals, pain points, and process requirements.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with technical leads and developers to ensure solutions meet business intent.
• Support testing through UAT planning, test-case tracking, and defect documentation.
• Track status, risks, dependencies, and issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.
