L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, IT Architecture - ServiceNow in Melbourne, FL (On-Site). The role leads end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, governance, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and more.

You will partner with business and delivery teams to define platform standards, roadmaps, security controls, and scalable designs that align with enterprise goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years ServiceNow experience including architecture and leadership
• CSA/CTA or progress toward advanced ServiceNow credential

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmaps for enterprise capabilities, ensuring scalability and security.
• Translate objectives into platform designs, capabilities, and technical direction.
• Establish governance, guardrails, coding and configuration standards, and review practices.
• Guide developers, admins, product owners, and leads through design decisions and issue resolution.
• Design and govern secure integrations with ERP, identity services, APIs, and data sources.
• Provide architecture leadership for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and AIOps.
• Define RBAC, data protection, and security controls with cybersecurity partners.
• Assess performance and propose remediation to improve reliability and upgrade readiness.
