Qualifications

• Eligible for bachelor’s degree or completed within the last 12 months in IS/CS/Tech Mgmt or related field.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, ITSM, BA, Agile, Scrum, or project coordination via coursework or internships.
• Ability to listen to users and translate needs into organized requirements.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Basic understanding of software development, testing, and the SDLC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• CSA certification or willingness to obtain within the first year.
• Experience creating process diagrams or documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned ServiceNow enhancement requests from intake through release and validation.
• Meet with business requestors to understand goals, pain points, outcomes, and process requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with ServiceNow leads and developers to ensure solutions meet business intent.
• Help prioritize requests by value, urgency, complexity, dependencies, and delivery readiness.
• Coordinate demand and delivery activities including reviews, handoffs, testing, UAT, and release communications.
• Perform initial unit-test validation to confirm delivered functionality meets requirements.
• Coordinate UAT planning, test cases, defects, retesting and approvals.
• Track delivery status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and issues; communicate updates.
• Ensure enhancements follow ServiceNow standards, governance, and change-management practices.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and workflow improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, requirements, test evidence, approvals, and releases.
