Job summary

Amazon OpsTech Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to manage ITBM and related workflows. You will collaborate with infrastructure and services teams, translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and lead release upgrades.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, scripting, automation, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), CAD or other ServiceNow certification required.
• 3+ years direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer.
• 5+ years direct experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow ITBM.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable enhancements and integrations.
• Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for service improvements.
• Interface with ServiceNow for operational requests and planning.
• Lead ServiceNow release upgrades with stakeholder management.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and configuration changes with Software Development Engineers.
• Provide user training on ServiceNow processes, policies and procedures.
• Mentor team members on project planning and estimation in ServiceNow ITBM.
