Qualifications

• Implements features for the ServiceNow platform per standards and patterns.
• Improves reliability, scalability, and performance via high-quality code and reviews.
• Collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to deliver solutions on schedule.
• Troubleshoots defects and production issues with root-cause analysis.
• Participates in full SDLC from requirements to deployment and support.
