Job summary

Truist is seeking a ServiceNow Product Engineer to partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support business objectives and enhance user experiences.

You will translate requirements into user stories, prioritize backlog items, and ensure teams have clear direction to deliver scalable, reliable platform capabilities while applying secure development and testing practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience.
Knowledge of IT best practices and information systems.
Understanding of business processes and competitive IT strategies.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains ServiceNow components addressing defined requirements.
Implements features for the ServiceNow platform using standards and best practices.
Contributes to reliability, scalability, and performance through quality code and reviews.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on schedule.
Troubleshoots defects and production issues with root-cause analysis.
Participates in full SDLC including requirements, design, development, and support.
Applies secure coding, testing strategies, and documentation standards.
