Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in software engineering or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and IT best practices.
- Understanding of key business processes related to IT function.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, tests, and maintains ServiceNow components addressing business requirements.
- Implements features for the ServiceNow platform using established standards and best practices.
- Contributes to reliability, scalability, and performance by writing high-quality code and peer reviews.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on schedule.
- Troubleshoots defects and production issues with root-cause analysis as needed.
- Participates in full SDLC activities including requirements refinement, design, development, and deployment.
- Applies secure coding and testing practices to ensure quality and compliance.
- Leverages frameworks and tools to build and enhance ServiceNow applications.
