Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Technology Lead to shape the architecture of our ServiceNow platform and connect it across the enterprise. You will own the blueprint, drive scalable solutions, and guide integration patterns while mentoring the team to raise technical excellence.

You will influence upgrade planning, performance, and security design to ensure a fast, reliable user experience for thousands of employees. This is a senior technical leadership role with broad scope.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in IT incl. 4-6+ years hands-on with ServiceNow.
• BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules and leading architecture on medium to large implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and set development standards.
• Design reusable solutions and steer toward configuration over customization.
• Design integrations to make ServiceNow the system of action with APIs and MID Server.
• Mentor developers and drive architectural clarity in backlog and sprints.
