Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the administration and evolution of the ServiceNow platform. The role covers ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and ITAM workflows, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions aligned with business priorities.

You will configure forms, flows, catalogs, notifications, and reporting while driving upgrades and integration efforts with REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, including ownership or co-ownership of a ServiceNow instance.
• Strong platform fundamentals: forms, lists, tables, dictionary, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, roles and ACLs, update sets.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting; integration via REST/SOAP APIs

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator for the DCPS ServiceNow instance, supporting day-to-day service operations and maintenance.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications: forms, lists, workflows/flows, notifications, and reporting.
• Support development and enhancement across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and others).
• Design and maintain Service Catalog items and end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer, approvals, task routing, and notifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into platform-aligned technical solutions.
• Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow best practices (configuration over customization) and maintain upgrade readiness.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve defects, build REST/SOAP integrations, and maintain technical documentation.
