Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead design and delivery of transformational platform implementations. You will partner with IT leadership, ServiceNow developer teams, and business stakeholders to translate imperatives into scalable, value-driven ServiceNow solutions.

This is a leadership-focused role that bridges technical excellence with strategic business outcomes and platform health/performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent
8+ years ServiceNow Platform Expertise (CTA preferred)
8+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM or equivalent
ServiceNow CTA and CMA certifications
Enterprise Architecture Certification and broad platform governance understanding

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy; own the platform roadmap from discovery through go-live and optimization
Direct delivery teams (developers, analysts, admins, testers) on complex, multi-module implementations; enforce best practices and governance
Engage C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision, outcomes, and change management
Define scalable, secure architecture for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom apps
Design platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data governance aligned with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate requirements into designs and user stories
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and platform best practices
Review designs, data models, and integration patterns for quality and compliance
Lead scope management, risk mitigation, and escalation on complex implementations
Coordinate delivery with internal and external teams for alignment and knowledge transfer
Assess existing instances and recommend remediation and optimization strategies
Participate in governance boards and strategy forums; act as escalation point for technical strategy
Develop proofs-of-concept, specs, and business cases quantifying value and outcomes
Coach junior architects and teams on best practices and delivery methodology
