Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Architect to lead scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom apps. You will mentor teams, shape governance, and drive automation with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners, strong leadership, and delivering incremental value while aligning to enterprise IT strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ITSM architecture and development.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps and custom modules.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD and platform upgrades.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Mentor developers and administrators; conduct code reviews.
• Oversee upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Architect ITSM/ITOM/CMDB modules and custom apps; automate workflows.
• Design integrations with third-party systems and data flows.
• Drive platform adoption and business stakeholder engagement.
