You will align platform strategy with business goals, drive architectural controls, and guide platform delivery across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM initiatives. This role emphasizes collaboration, scalability, and secure cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Platform Architect with hands-on delivery experience.
• Experience mapping business requirements to Technical Solutions for ServiceNow modules.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM and Portfolio Management.
• Ability to design governance, security controls and platform roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a detailed view of current ServiceNow architecture.
• Aligns platform capabilities to business strategy and roadmaps.
• Leads Platform Support in applying best practices and governance.
• Analyzes impacts of new requirements and manages integrations.
• Oversees cross-team collaboration on platform delivery and upgrades.
