Job summary

Hearst Health is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead architectural efforts across ITSM, ITOM and common ServiceNow modules. You will guide platform governance, align technology with business strategy, and oversee integrations and platform controls.

The role requires hands-on architecture leadership, strong communication, and deep ServiceNow expertise, including modern features and middleware integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR) and APIs.
• Experience with REST, JDBC, GraphQL integrations using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a detailed view of existing architecture.
• Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and roadmap.
• Leads Platform Support Team in implementing best practices, policies and procedures.
• Provides architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new requirements.
• Identifies opportunities to consolidate similar solution needs.
• Contributes to governance processes and standards.
• Stays current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies.
