Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years related experience
• Strong experience in automation related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
• Strong experience with n-tier solutions
• Strong experience with resilience modeling and simulating outages
• Strong experience influencing engineering teams to meet QoS expectations
• Strong experience leading backlog discussions and prioritizing Live Site requirements
• Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive decisions and priorities
• Strong experience in root cause analysis and systematic problem solving

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and development for ServiceNow
• Define Architecture & Platform Strategy
• Own Integration & Enterprise Architecture Patterns
• Enable application lifecycle decisions (rationalization, modernization, retirement)
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams using Agile/Scrum
• Establish Platform Governance & Engineering Standards
• Ensure Quality, Performance & Reliability while supporting delivery and continuous improvement
