Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Architect, Enterprise Architecture – ServiceNow Platform & Solution Architect to own the ServiceNow foundation and end-to-end solution design across ITSM, HRSD, ESM, and more. You will set governance, development standards, and patterns used by internal teams and vendors.

Leading a small team of admins and developers, you will drive platform strategy, oversee integration patterns (Integration Hub, Kafka), and collaborate with IT leadership to align the platform roadmap

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing enterprise platforms across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to deliver ServiceNow solutions spanning modules with governance.
• Strong communication to executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow instance strategy and platform health practices.
• Lead solution design for all ServiceNow implementations and maintain implementation authority.
• Chair governance boards and enforce platform development standards.
• Oversee integration architecture, data modeling, RBAC changes, and UI specs.
