Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years related experience in IT.
• 2+ years supporting ServiceNow required.
• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• 5+ years relevant experience with ServiceNow and/or software integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the team responsible for ServiceNow platform administration, development, architecture, and ongoing support.
