Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our ServiceNow portfolio across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC. You will drive data, integration, security standards, and customization, mentor developers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

This role demands hands-on architectural leadership and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, and platform security.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management.
• Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.
• Design integrations using IntegrationHub, MID servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices.
• Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.
• Establish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation.
