Job summary

DEW Softech, Inc. seeks a Senior ServiceNow Leader to drive strategy, design, and operational ownership of the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable digital workflows and automation across Incident, Change, CMDB, Discovery, and more.

The role emphasizes platform governance, integration with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Expert knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Strong background integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience leading platform-level initiatives and technical decision making.

Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Administration: configure and optimize core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management).
• Lead updates, source control, environment strategy, and releases across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Govern platform standards and roadmap discussions.
• Design and implement advanced workflows, custom apps, and automation.
• Develop high-quality scripts and secure integrations with enterprise systems.
