Job summary

Versant is seeking a Service Management Platform Architect to own the platform's architecture, roadmap, and lifecycle management. You will establish standards and best practices for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance operations across the enterprise IT landscape.

Ideal candidates have extensive ServiceNow or similar platform experience in complex environments, strong integration skills with HR, financial systems, and identity providers, and a proven track record leading high-performing

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and leading ServiceNow or similar platforms in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong experience integrating platforms with HR systems, financials, identity providers, and core apps.
• Deep expertise in workflow automation, orchestration, and API-based integrations.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing technical teams.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM processes, CMDB governance, and change management frameworks.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Service Management Platform Architect is the enterprise owner and senior technical authority for the company's Service Management platform. This role is responsible for platform architecture, governance, enterprise integrations, and the leadership of the Service Management development team.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include owning the overall architecture, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the Service Management platform, establishing architectural standards, design principles, and development best practices, and ensuring platform scalability, maintainability, performance, and long-term sustainability.
