Job summary

Experis is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and technical strategy of enterprise ServiceNow solutions in an onsite Columbus, OH engagement. The role requires 32-40 hours per week and a minimum six-month duration.

The architect will set development standards, oversee upgrades, and serve as the technical authority across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom apps, including integrations with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, implementation, or architecture experience.
• Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules with enterprise-scale design experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, CMDB/CSDM architecture, platform upgrades, and domain-separated environments.
• ServiceNow certifications CSA, CAD, and CIS.

• Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, including instance strategy, environment management, governance, and scalability.
• Lead solution design and implementation across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Architect and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, testing frameworks, security controls, and platform governance best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver platform upgrades, performance improvements, technical roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an onsite role based in Columbus, Ohio , requiring 32-40 hours per week for a minimum six-month engagement.
