Verigent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect in Columbus, OH to lead design, development, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow environments. The role owns the technical architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom apps, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience including 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development/architecture.
• Proven architecture experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• CSA and CAD certifications and at least one CIS certification.
• Strong integration experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth, and MID Server.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, or Service Graph Connectors.
• Experience designing domain-separated ServiceNow environments and multi-tenant deployments.
• Experience leading at least two full ServiceNow platform upgrades with governance and security.
• Ability to develop architecture documentation and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Design and govern instance strategy, domain separation, CMDB/CSDM alignment, integrations, and platform security.
• Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Establish development standards, source control, peer reviews, and automated testing with ATF.
• Lead upgrades, release planning, performance optimization, and technical debt remediation.
• Design scalable workflows and scoped applications prioritizing out-of-box functionality.
• Evaluate Now Assist, generative AI, and automation capabilities for potential adoption.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates, and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and escalation support.
