Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to define platform strategy, design scalable architectures, and guide customers in governance and AI capabilities. Location: Cincinnati, OH / Remote. Full-time role with a competitive USD salary.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive ServiceNow platform architecture experience across CMDB, CSDM, integrations, security, and lifecycle management.
• Deep ITSM knowledge with expertise in ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Ability to develop platform strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer objectives.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Understanding of Now Assist and Agentic AI in business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform strategy and translate business objectives into scalable architectural solutions.
• Develop platform roadmaps and guide ServiceNow workflows and products to maturity.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance discussions to maintain health, security, performance, and upgradeability.
• Identify risks and technical debt; propose remediation plans and risk mitigation.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
• Conduct architectural workshops and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Advise on ServiceNow AI capabilities in alignment with the client's AI strategy.

Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to define platform strategy, design scalable architectures, and guide customers in platform governance, workflow adEligible to workion, and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong ServiceNow technical expertise with architectural leadership and effective stakeholder engagement.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture expertise, including CMDB, CSDM, application development, integrations, security, and instance lifecycle management.
• Deep ITSM knowledge and expertise in at least one additional ServiceNow workflow, such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Experience with solution design, architectural governance, technical debt remediation, platform health, and performance Eligible to workimization.
• Ability to develop platform strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks, such as TOGAF.
• Understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and Agentic AI, and their alignment with business outcomes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
• Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Preferred Certifications: ArchX - Advanced Architecture, Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Now Assist Essentials, Now Assist Executive Micro-Certification, and Agentic AI Executive Micro-Certification.
