Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with deep ServiceNow expertise in the United States. The role focuses on defining and delivering platform-wide strategies, leading CMDB health initiatives, and guiding large-scale implementations for major customers.

You will collaborate with client teams and partners, ensuring upgrades are smooth, standards are followed, and solution designs align with business objectives and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and 5+ years in ServiceNow as an Architect.
• At least 2 implementation projects, including large customers.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and multiple products.
• Lead CMDB health improvement initiatives focusing on completeness and compliance.
• Experience with upgrades and reducing customization for rapid upgrades.
• Ability to work in a consulting/advisory role with customers.
• Ability to assess health: performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, security.
• Create strategies aligned with the client's short- and long-term needs.

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.
• At least 2 implementation project experiences, one of which is for large customers.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform
• Experience implementing multiple products of ServiceNow.
• Lead CMDB health improvement initiatives focusing on completeness, correctness & compliance
• Experience with upgrades, simplification of customizations. Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovations that drive new value
• Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform, helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
• Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions
• Ability to work in a consulting & advisory role with customer.
• Assesses health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)
• Create detailed strategy that is aligned with the client's short- and long-term needs
• Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third‑party technologies effectively.
• Ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, manage technical escalations.
• Adhering to best practices, check if our architecture and design decisions align with ServiceNow best practices
• Alignment to out-of-the-box, Ensure we are taking advantage of pre-built capabilities in order to help minimize the amount of customization on the platform
• Experience in migrating between various environments in ServiceNow using Update Sets, XMLs, Cloning, Deployments.
