Tata Consultancy Services in Charlotte, NC, seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to drive CMDB design, scripting, and platform deployment across Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog. You will build custom apps with ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and Flow Designer; own data integrity, integration, and platform stability while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, solid CMDB expertise, and hands-on development across core modules.
