Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in the United States with 12+ years in solution architecture and 5+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role focuses on architecture, platform health, and multi-product ServiceNow deployments.

You will lead CMDB initiatives, upgrade strategies, and collaborate with clients and partners to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• At least 5+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.
• 2+ implementation projects, including large customers.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow products.
• Lead CMDB health initiatives.
• Experience with upgrades and simplified customizations.
• Create and enforce platform health standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for platform development and enterprise solutions.
• Lead solutioning sessions and bridge gaps between organizations with technical expertise.

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.
• At least 2 implementation project experiences, one of which is for large customers.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform
• Experience implementing multiple products of ServiceNow.
• Lead CMDB health improvement initiatives focusing on completeness, correctness & compliance
• Experience with upgrades, simplification of customizations. Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovations that drive new value
• Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform, helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
• Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions
• Ability to work in a consulting & advisory role with customer.
• Assesses health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)
• Create detailed strategy that is aligned with the client's short- and long-term needs
• Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.
• Ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, manage technical escalations.
• Adhering to best practices, check if our architecture and design decisions align with ServiceNow best practices
• Alignment to out-of-the-box, Ensure we are taking advantage of pre-built capabilities in order to help minimize the amount of customization on the platform
• Experience in migrating between various environments in ServiceNow using Update Sets, XMLs, Cloning, Deployments.
