Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect to lead end-to-end solutions across ITIS, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC modules in a Chicago-area environment. The role emphasizes governance, security, performance, and scalable integration with enterprise tools.

You will mentor development teams, define standards, and communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while staying current with ServiceNow releases and new features.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITIS, ITOM, HRSD, GRC.

• Proven hands‑on experience with:
• ITOM – Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB integrations.
• HRSD – Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events.
• GRC – Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
• Familiarity with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and its alignment with ITOM/CMDB design.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools such as Azure AD, Workday, Splunk, and monitoring platforms.
• Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITIS, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC modules.
