Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow instance, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs.

You will handle upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, access controls, and incident resolution, while collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business teams to deliver reliable platform services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
• 4–6 years of IT, systems administration, or related experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; other certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up support for user requests, upgrades, and complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (accounts, API, user management certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide usage and license insights.
• Support data-driven decision making across teams.
