Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow environment for agency IT operations. You’ll handle upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, problem resolution, and access controls.

CSA certification is required. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, provide Tier 1 incident support, troubleshoot integrations, and build dashboards to guide data-driven decisions while sustaining ITSM excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or IT related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required; other certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow Incidents and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back-up for user requests for system needs and upgrades; handle complex requests.
• Troubleshoot complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (system/service accounts, APIs, User Management Certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage, licenses, and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
