Job summary

Insight Global in Charlotte, NC is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to maintain and optimize the ServiceNow environment in collaboration with product teams. You will provide hands-on technical expertise to resolve availability issues and participate in the full application lifecycle, from planning to deployment and decommission.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of ServiceNow administration, CSA certification, and experience in regulated environments with multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and platform management.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Experience in regulated environments and multiple ServiceNow environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the ServiceNow platform in line with policies and standards.
• Respond to incidents for availability and functional issues; participate in on-call duties.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolution for defects.
• Coordinate release activities and maintenance; develop automation scripts.
• Create documentation and support processes; manage tasks and SLAs.
