Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage the ServiceNow environment, upgrades, provisioning, reporting, and access controls. You will work with stakeholders to resolve incidents and optimize dashboards for insights and licensing.

The role requires CSA certification and solid ITSM experience. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field and 4–6 years in IT or systems administration, with strong scripting knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in IT, systems administration, or similar.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; other certs optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support for ServiceNow incidents and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for upgrades and complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Manage dashboards and reports for platform usage and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
