Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior SME to architect and evolve enterprise-grade integrations across ServiceNow, Moveworks, agentic AI platforms, HR technologies, and other core systems.

You will define strategic roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable platforms unifying AI, ITSM, and automation to boost productivity and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, or product leadership in enterprise environments.
• Enterprise and solution architecture experience in large, complex, geographically distributed settings.
• Background in ITSM, automation, and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end architecture integrating ServiceNow with Moveworks and other AI copilots for intelligent workflow orchestration and automation.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures for ServiceNow, Moveworks, and related platforms.
• Partner across architecture, engineering, product, and operations to translate requirements into designs and implementation strategies.
• Lead solution discovery and design for complex multi-system integrations spanning ServiceNow, Moveworks, HRIS, and enterprise applications.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of strategic architectural approaches.
• Establish and evolve taxonomies, data models, standards, and governance to ensure data validity and integrity.
• Create documentation and current-state, transition-state, and future-state architecture diagrams.
• Define and track confidence and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and Moveworks capabilities and IT and business processes.
• Promote cross-functional innovation and operational excellence.
• Serve as a strategic problem-solver, mentor, and thought leader across AI, automation, and ITSM.

Our client seeks a Senior SME to architect and evolve enterprise-grade integrations across ServiceNow, Moveworks, agentic AI platforms, HR technologies, and other core systems. The role will define strategic roadmaps, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and reliable platforms that unify AI, ITSM, and automation to improve productivity and the employee experience.

Rate: $84.00 to $94.00/hr. w2

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, or product leadership in enterprise environments.
• Enterprise and solution architecture experience in large, complex, geographically distributed settings.
• Background in ITSM, automation, and AI-enabled platforms.
• ServiceNow architecture expertise across ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, workflows, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience designing or integrating AI and automation solutions.
• Experience with agentic AI platform Moveworks, especially with ServiceNow and HR technologies.
• Experience building data models, taxonomies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proven ability to present complex architectural concepts to senior leaders and drive consensus.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset with cross-functional delivery experience

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications may include TOGAF and ITIL. Advanced degrees are a plus.
